These terms explain the basic expectations for businesses using Agent Blue to build and operate AI chatbots. They are a practical starter template and are not a substitute for legal advice.
Agent Blue helps businesses create AI chatbots that can answer customer questions using information the business provides. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for making sure your use is appropriate for your business, customers, and industry.
These starter terms are intended to describe practical expectations for use of Agent Blue. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied on as formal legal terms.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for activity that occurs under your account, and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate account and contact information and to keep it reasonably up to date.
You may upload or connect business knowledge, including website content, documents, images, custom answers, and other materials used to train or guide your chatbot. You retain ownership of the content you provide.
You grant Agent Blue permission to host, process, analyze, and display that content as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the service for your account. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. Agent Blue is designed to help businesses answer common customer questions, but chatbot outputs should not replace human judgment where accuracy, safety, compliance, or customer impact matters.
You are responsible for reviewing chatbot behavior, correcting knowledge gaps, and deciding when a human should respond instead of the chatbot.
You may not use Agent Blue to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead users, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, or generate abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
You may not upload content that you do not have permission to use or that contains sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards for doing so.
Agent Blue may provide an embeddable chatbot widget for use on your website or other approved customer touchpoints. You are responsible for where and how you install the widget, the notices you provide to your visitors, and the way chatbot conversations are handled by your business.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the widget in a way that harms the service, other customers, or end users.
Paid plans, usage limits, billing terms, and available features may vary by customer or package. Any specific commercial terms should be described in the applicable order form, invoice, checkout flow, or written agreement.
Unless separate written terms say otherwise, access to paid features may depend on keeping payments current.
Agent Blue, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by its creators or licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Agent Blue to you.
Subject to these terms, you may use Agent Blue for your internal business purposes and to support your customers through your configured chatbot.
Agent Blue may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, AI processing, communications, or related functionality. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, though we aim to choose providers that support reliable and responsible operation of the product.
Agent Blue is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that chatbot responses will always be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for evaluating whether Agent Blue meets your needs before relying on it for important customer, operational, legal, financial, medical, or safety-related decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, Agent Blue and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using Agent Blue at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.
After termination, some account information or conversation records may be retained where needed for legitimate business, security, compliance, or backup purposes.
We may update these terms as Agent Blue evolves. If changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by updating this page.
Continuing to use Agent Blue after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
